Shock-filaments were capable of transmitting a stun charge when an individual came into close proximity to them.[2] Force pikes incorporated shock-filaments into the weapon's power tip that were capable of stunning a target if they moved to within four centimeters of the tip.[1] Xufal D'uat lined the bulkheads and flooring of his Barloz-class medium freighter, Venom Sting with shock-filaments. The stun charges could be triggered from a hidden panel in the cockpit.[2]
