Shilmar Iggson was a Pantoran male technician who worked for the New Republic[1] by 5 ABY. That year,[2] they helped clean a shuttle's chrome plating while in a spaceport on[1] the Core Worlds[3] planet Chandrila. The captain Wedge Antilles visited the spaceport and encountered Iggson, mistaking them for a pilot. The technician clarified their occupation and offered assistance to Antilles. However, the captain spotted his colleague, Norra Wexley, and moved away from Iggson to meet with her. The technician had a bristly beard.[1]

Shilmar Iggson appeared in Aftermath: Life Debt, a 2016 novel written by Chuck Wendig as the second installment in Star Wars: The Aftermath Trilogy.[1]
