Sheelya

Sheelya was a Human female who lived on Corellia during the time of the Galactic Civil War. She was married with a member of the Corellian Security Force. Sometimes after the Battle of Yavin, Sheelya lost her house keys to some Greck thugs while her husband was in mission. A friend of her who was a Corellian Times reporter therefore hired a spacer to help Sheelya to find her keys. The spacer defeated the criminals and brought back the keys to Sheelya but she soon realized that the house had been sold in the meantime. The spacer eventually reported the situation to CorSec Captain Dool, the commanding officer of Sheelya's husband.^[1]

Behind the scenes

Sheelya appears in the directory tree files for the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies: An Empire Divided, a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game developed by Sony Online Entertainment and published by LucasArts,^[1] prior to its closure on December 15, 2011.^[2] According to these files, introduced with the "Publish 28," on April 26, 2006,^[3] Sheelya would have been present in Coronet and involved with a quest named "Helping Sheelya." However, Sheelya is not known to have appeared on the game's live servers as a proper non-player character. Nevertheless, an emulated depiction pulled from this character's Interchange File Format reveals what she would have looked like if she were added to the game.^[1]
