Shadow ARF Troopers were a type of clone trooper[1] in the Galactic Republic's Grand Army of the Republic.[2] The ARF Troopers specialized in stealth missions[1] and used a black blaster.[3] Shadow ARF Troopers wore black Phase II clone trooper armor that was similar in appearance to the armor worn by standard ARF Troopers. The helmets worn by the Shadow ARF Troopers was black with blue accenting.[1]

Behind the scenes

Shadow ARF Troopers were first introduced as a LEGO Star Wars minifigure in the polybag "2856197 Shadow ARF Trooper"[4] as a May 4 promotion in 2011.[3]
