Sessaly was a Human resident of the planet Gibad. She was also a distant cousin of Separatist scientist Ovolot Qail Uthan.[1]
Shortly after the formation of the Galactic Empire, Gibad was one of the worlds that defied Emperor Palpatine. When the planet refused to cooperate after the given deadline, Palpatine unleashed a virus on the world created by Uthan. It was not known if Sessaly survived the biological attack, despite being commed by Uthan to take refuge shortly before the attack.[1]
