The Series 401 hyperdrive motivator was the primary hyperspace propulsion system of the Millennium Falcon following its upgrade from a Isu-Sim SSP05 hyperdrive generator.
This was considered to be a "more efficient" unit, but apparently had the same Hyperdrive Rating of 0.5 as the heavily-modified SSP05 (though it is technically possible that the drives were merely swapped back to restore the Falcon's previous 0.5 rating by the end of the Black Fleet Crisis).[2]
