The Sentry Droid X-5 was a model of sentry droid produced by the Okara Droid Company at the Okara Droid Factory on the planet Balmorra. Armed with blaster rifles, a number of them were used to defend the assembly line of the factory during the Cold War between the Galactic Republic and the reconstituted Sith Empire.[1]

Sentry Droid X-5s appear as enemies in the video game Star Wars: The Old Republic, where they can be found in the Assembly Line of the Okara Droid Factory, a Heroic area, on the Imperial version of Balmorra.[1]
