The Senate Committee on Refugees met to discuss the withdrawal of the Galactic Republic garrison from the planet Qiilura during the Clone Wars.

General Arligan Zey met with General Iri Camas and the chair of the committee on the 385th day after the First Battle of Geonosis in response to the potential threat posed by the native Gurlanins in them turning against the Republic after it was discovered by Omega Squad that some of these aliens had infiltrated Coruscant. Zey commented that such a withdrawal both served the interest of the Galactic Senate and was inevitable anyway, given how thinly stretched the Republic forces were at that time.
