The Security Scout was a one-person repulsorlift craft used by the Rebel Alliance. It was piloted by a driver in an open seat. The vehicle was armed with two rotating blaster cannons and used a large rudder to steer.[1]
During the Galactic Civil War, the Security Scout was used by Rebel Alliance personnel on Endor,[1] including Princess Leia Organa and Jedi Knight Luke Skywalker.[2]
Behind the scenes
The Security Scout vehicle was created as part of Kenner's line of Body-Rigs in 1985. In Europe it was released in a closed box, while in the US it was packed on a blister card. Both packages show this vehicle being used on Endor.[1]
