The Second Mission to Orto Plutonia was a mission carried out by clone trooper Denal. It was a part of the Republic campaign to destroy the Radar-cloaking superweapon. Denal was tasked with finding the plans for the weapon in the Separatist research station on Orto Plutonia, which he successfully acquired.
