Second Defense Overlord was a position in the Unknown Regions Garwian Unity nation.[1] In 19 BBY,[2] the Garwian Frangelic held the position, after holding the title of Security Chief.[1] By 18 BBY,[3] he had been promoted to the title of Senior Security Chief.[4]

The position of Second Defense Overlord appeared in the 2020 novel Thrawn Ascendancy: Chaos Rising, the first installment of Timothy Zahn's Star Wars: The Ascendancy Trilogy.[1]
