Scelepas was a world that was located in the Tanta Aurek system, in the Grumani sector. Between 3701 BBY and 3699 BBY the Hydian Way was charted through the planet as part of the Seswenna Expansion.[4] Before or during the Republic Dark Age, Scelepas was a motley trade world dominated by merchants from the nearby planet Cmaoli Di. However, by the time of the Second Charge Matrica, the world had descended into grinding poverty.
