Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

This yacht belonged to Grand Vizier of the Galactic Empire Sate Pestage. Following the death of Emperor Palpatine at the Battle of Endor[1] in 4 ABY,[2] Pestage used it to flee Coruscant when Director of Imperial Intelligence Ysanne Isard accused him of treason. After rendezvousing with Moff Leonia Tavira for passage to Ciutric IV, Pestage gave the yacht to its captain.[1]
