The Talz thief Muftak released an autobiographical novel entitled Sands in Winter. Despite being regarded as simple on his[1] homeworld[2] of Tatooine, the Talz developed enough eloquence to tell his story[1] about how his larval sack was accidentally loaded onto an Imperial freighter going to the planet.[3] The book became a best seller and ensured that Muftak and his[1] adopted Chadra-Fan daughter[4] Kabe would never have to worry about credits again.[1]
Behind the scenes
Sands in Winter was first mentioned in[3] the 2001[5] reference book The Essential Guide to Alien Species, written by Ann Margaret Lewis.[3]
