Samara was a Twi'lek who served under General Cham Syndulla within his resistance force during the Confederacy of Independent Systems' invasion of the planet Ryloth in the Clone Wars against the Galactic Republic. At some point, the Twi'lek Resistance retreated into the Cazne flatlands, where Samara was killed in action by the Separatist Droid Army. After being killed, the Twi'lek was buried by Syndulla's freedom fighters, leaving a headstone to commemorate the fallen fighter.[1]
