Sachal Kand was a Nautolan male who served the Galactic Republic during the Galactic War. He was stationed on the planet Voss when he witnessed a female Gormak warlord, named Lakkna, salvage war droid parts from a crashed Imperial starship. He sent someone to prevent the warlord from creating a massive army to crush the Voss.
