Rusha was an elderly woman who was a person of great importance on Eckless. She was considered the leading candidate to be elected President of the Council of Eckless.[1]
Once Hahz Fallone arrived and subjugated the planet, she led the uprising that drove him off the planet. She spearheaded the efforts to build a starship so she could pursue him and bring him to justice.[1]
She found him on Chazwa, and offered a bounty of 5,000 credits for the return of a valuable artifact called the Black Sphere. She also offered a matching bounty if Fallone was captured so she could return him to Eckless to face justice. She was killed by a crime lord named Jorga Sune before she could get her revenge on Fallone.[1]
