Roric V`lia was a male Naboo noble who lived on the planet Naboo during the Galactic Civil War. After the Battle of Yavin, he employed the Twi'lek Vaik'anna Silverlight in Theed for different activities related to the Imperial Weapon Research Facility, the Maulers criminals and the war between the Empire and the Gungans. Silverlight considered Roric V`lia as a ruthless man.[1]
