The Rorian Gungans, best known as the Rorgungans, were an extremist faction of Gungans active on Rori before and during the Galactic Civil War.

The Rorgungans were a group of Gungans from Naboo who opposed Boss Rugor Nass's support of Naboo's human population during the Invasion of Naboo in 32 BBY. Violently opposed to any alliance between humans and Gungans, they to Naboo's moon, Rori, to live in isolation from the outside world. They were very xenophobic and would try to kill any outsiders who approached them.^[1] They had established a Gungan Swamp Town deep in the heart of the swamps of Rori.^[1]

During the Galactic Civil War, the Rorgungans entered in resistance against the Galactic Empire that controlled the Naboo system. By the time of the Battle of Yavin, the Rorgungan commander Captain Hassk intended to recruit Gungans from Naboo to support the Rorian Gungans in their fight.^[2] He was based in the Gungan Swamp Town, along with Lieutenants Ori and Heb Nee.^[3] Around the same time, the Rorgungans were also in open conflict with the Rori Spice Mining Collective.^[5] Another notable Rorgungan was Captain Pir'pwn.^[6]
