Room 1429 was a room in the Grand Oradin Hotel on the planet Brentaal IV.
The designated meeting place between the Rogue Squadron astromech droids Whistler and Gate with smuggler chief Talon Karrde was on Room 1428. The droids played out a series of tones to indicate their arrival but as a failsafe against traps, Karrde emerged behind them from Room 1429.
