Rome Hartman is an American television journalist and producer. He had a cameo role in Star Wars: Episode I The Phantom Menace[2] as a senator for an alien planet.[1]
Hartman, who at the time was writing a biography about George Lucas, initially turned down the offer to be in the film, but was persuaded to join it after considering his two sons.[1]
