Rol Two was a terrestrial celestial body[3] situated in the Rol system, a part of the Noonian sector[1] in the New Territories portion of[2] the Outer Rim Territories.[1] During the Galactic Civil War, it hosted detention facilities used by the Galactic Empire.[3]
At some point by 2 ABY,[4] the Human smuggler Zayl Braith, who had been imprisoned for several weeks aboard the Imperial Immobilizer 418 Interdictor-class Heavy Cruiser Tory's Catcher after being captured in the Noonian sector, was transferred to the detention facilities on Rol Two. There, however, Braith escaped from the Empire and traveled off-world, with Imperial authorities continuing to hunt for her[3] by 2 ABY.[4]
Behind the scenes
Rol Two was mentioned in Alliance Intelligence Reports, a 1995 sourcebook for West End Games' Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game.[3] The 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas subsequently placed the Rol system, and therefore the celestial body itself, in grid square M-6.[2]
