The Rodian Council of Justice was an organization on Rodia. Its role was to verify kills made by Rodian bounty hunters, normally requiring pieces of the victim as evidence. This led to many Rodian hunters favoring thermal detonators and grenades as they always left plenty of pieces and witnesses to the kill.
