"Hyper" Rod was a reprogrammed protocol droid who participated in Riot Racing at the Safa Toma Speedway on the planet Serolonis.[5][6] Rod raced in a modified Seven Deuce Blaster. While racing on Serolonis's riot racing track, Rod got passed by TAY-0 while in first place. He later took part in the following race, but ultimately lost to Tech.[2]
