Roborhyan was a member of the Nihil pirates who served aboard the Eye of the Nihil Marchion Ro's flagship, the Gaze Electric, and had animosity toward the captain of the Nihil starship Spectre.[1] In 230 BBY,[2] Ro had his assistant, Thaya Ferr, transfer out all of the Gaze Electric's personnel in preparation for moving to an all-droid crew. Aware of his past with the captain, Ferr sent Roborhyan to the Spectre. When she reported to Ro on the transfers, displaying holograms of the relevant subjects, the assistant predicted that infighting between Roborhyan and the captain would begin shortly.[1]
Behind the scenes
Roborhyan appeared in a hologram in the 2022 novel The High Republic: The Fallen Star, written by Claudia Gray[1] for the Star Wars: The High Republic multimedia project's Phase I.[3]
