Robhar Dern was a male officer of the Civilian Defense Force on the moon Yavin 4 who had once worked with former Rebel Alliance pilot Shara Bey. Accompanied by Guz Austin, Dern visited the home of Bey's husband Kes Dameron after his son, Poe, crashed his mother's A-wing.[1]
