Riserre was a Human male Admiral of the reconstituted Sith Empire's navy who was stationed on Balmorra during the Galactic War. He was killed by an individual affiliated with the Galactic Republic in the Satellite control tower, shortly after he ordered the execution of the Hawkeyes technicians.^[1]
