Rhamm was a Human male who served as Foreman for Suudaa Nem'ro during the Cold War.
Biography
When Evocii raiders had overrun the Old Muckworks factory, Rhamm instructed an Imperial-aligned individual to take back the factory and free the hostages so he might avoid Nem'ro's wrath. After the individual freed hostages in the basement of the factory, Rhamm informed the spacer that the Evocii had somehow gotten their hands on a starship. He tasked the individual to destroy the starship and prevent them from escaping, which was accomplished.
