A revolution took place on the planet Phindar[5] in 44 BBY.[4] The citizens of Phindar rose up against the ruling Syndicat and captured the Syndicat's leaders, including its head, Baftu. The citizens were aided in their efforts by Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn and his Padawan, Obi-Wan Kenobi.[5]
