"Trellem, If you've gonna make it as a scavenger here, you need to know the trade:"
―Start of a message from Rev Barado to Trellem Hobarchi[1]

Rev Barabo was an individual familiar with how to be an effective scavenger on the Outer Rim moon Toshara during the reign of the Galactic Empire.[1] By 3 ABY,[2] they had shared their knowledge with the mechanic Trellem Hobarchi by sending them a message in which they informed Hobarchi that blaster parts on Toshara were controlled by the Galactic Empire, speeder parts were controlled by the crime syndicates, and starship parts were a competition against other scavengers finding new wrecks on Toshara. The message was eventually stored on a datapad which was left on a table in the Market District of the Tosharan city Mirogana[1] in 3 ABY.[2]

This section of the article assumes 100% game completion of Star Wars Outlaws. Any alternate stories may be noted in the "Behind the scenes" section. The events in this section may or may not have been confirmed as canon.

That year,[2] the thief Kay Vess found the datapad and read the message.[1]

Behind the scenes

Rev Barabo was mentioned on a datapad in the 2024 video game Star Wars Outlaws, developed by Massive Entertainment and published by Ubisoft. The datapad which mentions Barabo is not related to of any of the game's quests.[1]
