The rescue at the Imperial garbage scow took place when Saadoon-Kauldi released hundreds of slaves from this ship, during his anti-slaver campaign.

History

At some point before 10 BBY, the Kadri'Ra up-and-comer crime lord, and former slave Saadoon-Kauldi decided to temporarily dedicate all his resources to release slaves from slaver ships. In his experience, released slaves swore loyalty to Saadoon-Kauldi, increasing his power and influence.

During this campaign, Saadoon-Kauldi attacked a garbage scow affiliated to the Galactic Empire and holding several hundreds of slaves, including an old, cultured Devaronian by the name of Guzald. This attack was successful and the slaves were released; many of them, including Guzald, joined Saadoon-Kauldi's criminal empire.
