Rellen was an admiral of the Imperial Navy. Grakkus Jahibakti Tingi gifted Rellen a demo TIE podracer while hosting the Moon Curser's Cup at the Hutt colosseum on Nar Shaddaa. However, the podracer was stolen and crashed by Sebulba during a failed heist at the colosseum.[1]
