A refuse recycling unit was manufactured by Wastestream Systems. The unit could recycle up to twenty kilograms of refuse and convert it into a useful cellular pulp. The MN-2E general maintenance droid featured an internal refuse recycling unit accessed by a portal on the droid's base.[1]
