Refined roxodium plating was a type of plating made from roxodium that had undergone a costly reversed polarity treatment which gave it the ability to reflect and redirect ionic charges. The material was used to make or upgrade starship and blasters. In 3 ABY[2] they were worth 220 credits.[1]

Refined roxodium plating appeared as an upgrade component in the "A Pirate's Fortune" expansion for the Massive Entertainment video game Star Wars Outlaws,[1] which was released on May 15, 2025.[3]
