Red Seven was the callsign of the seventh member of Red Squadron. There were a number of starfighter squadrons with this name, and several beings went by the name Red Seven.

Rebel Alliance pilot Elyhek Rue used the callsign during the Battle of Yavin.[1]

Keir Santage flew as Red Seven during the Battle of Endor.[2]

An otherwise unidentified pilot flying as Red Seven with Rogue Squadron in the mission on Tandankin was shot down by a stormtrooper, but survived to discover a TIE fighter landing strip in the shadow of a local monument.[3]
