The Rebel supply room technician was a human male who worked in the supply room of a Rebel Alliance base some time during the Galactic Civil War. The technician once helped C-3PO when the droid needed a Fulstar plate to allow Han Solo to repair the Millennium Falcon. The technician gave C-3PO a blue, circular Fulstar plate, but both were unaware it was not the specific kind of plate the Falcon needed.
