The Rebel stinger fighter was a single-pilot fighter craft used by the Alliance to Restore the Republic following the Battle of Endor.[1]

Behind the scenes

The Rebel stinger fighter was a concept for a vehicle that would have been part of a proposed but ultimately rejected extension of Kenner's Star Wars toy line, The Epic Continues.[3] A presentation binder for the toy line mentioned but did not picture this vehicle, but a sketch was later published in the Hasbro Design Sketchbook Volume 2 from 2009 accompanied by text calling the ship, "A one man minimal space fighter."[2]
