Rebel Force Radio (sometimes stylized RebelForce Radio)[1] is a podcast featuring Star Wars news, commentary, interviews, and comedy that debuted on January 12, 2013. The show is hosted by longtime Star Wars podcasters Jason Swank and Jimmy "Mac" McInerney, who, following a six-year run as the original hosts and producers of The ForceCast for TheForce.net, created their own podcasting venture.[2] The show had been featured on official outlets, including Star Wars Insider[3] and StarWars.com[1] In April 2014, Star Wars Insider "149" announced that Rebel Force Radio hosts Jason Swank and Jimmy Mac would be Stage Hosts on the "Behind-The-Scenes" stage at Celebration Anaheim in April 2015.[4]
In July 2018, Rebel Force Radio posted an out of context photo of The Star Wars Show host Andi Gutierrez posing with a mug saying "Fanboy Tears." As a result, Gutierrez received abuse on Twitter. In response, StarWars.com severed its relationship with Rebel Force Radio.[5][6][7]
