During the Galactic Civil War against the Galactic Empire, Rebel Alliance General Airen Cracken began setting up spy networks in the Outer Rim Territories. As Cracken was busy with this assignment, he delegated to fellow General Davits Draven to represent Rebel Alliance Intelligence Service on the Alliance High Command.[1]
