Raptor was a Clone Captain who served during the Clone Wars as part of the Galactic Republic's 302nd Battalion. Raptor served alongside Clone Commander Theo and Clone Captain Sparks in the 302nd, which was placed under the command of Jedi Generals D'urban Wen-Hurd and Anakin Skywalker for an aid mission to Langston. While on the planet Langston, Captain Raptor was stationed at Fong-Tim Square. During the mission, Anakin Skywalker had a clone trooper deliver ten crates to the neighborhood at Sector N-seven-A-I, and then meet up with Raptor at Fong-Tim Square to divide the remaining crates for further distribution.[2]
Later during the mission, Anakin Skywalker learned that Obi-Wan Kenobi was in danger on the planet Cato Neimoidia. Skywalker, accompanied by Jedi Initiate Mill Alibeth, loaned a freighter, the Norriker, and left for Cato Neimoidia without notifying anyone. They eventually received an incoming message which Skywalker assumed was from a member of the 302nd who noticed their absence. Alibeth convinced Skywalker to come clean about their plans; stating that the clones listen to him. Agreeing to try it her way, Skywalker answered the message hoping for it to be Raptor, Theo, or Sparks, but it was Mace Windu instead.[2]
