Randa (lieutenant)

Randa was a Human male who held the rank of lieutenant during the Galactic War between the Galactic Republic and the resurgent Sith Empire. When a Gormak army was massing in the Pelath-Ri Marches of Voss, he sent a Republic individual to discover what the Gormak were up to.
