Rakesh the Foul was a male Dashade living during the Galactic War. A wanted criminal, he was locked up by the Dust Vipers gang on Tatooine after he tried to chew off their leader Bel Nerodia's hand. In 3630 BBY the Eternal Alliance ambushed the Dust Viper compound, looking to reclaim the stolen security codes of the Alliance base on Odessen. On the suggestion of Hylo Visz they made a detour and defeated Rakesh, ridding the galaxy of him.[1]

Rakesh appears in Star Wars: The Old Republic: Knights of the Eternal Throne as an optional boss during the "Done and Dusted" Uprising.
