Raghad Chaar is a Scottish actress of Syrian descent who portrays a Resistance officer in the 2019 film Star Wars: Episode IX The Rise of Skywalker. Having been born in the Syrian city of Aleppo, Chaar was raised in Scotland's capital, Edinburgh, and made her television screen debut in the 2017 British drama serial The State and also appears in 2018's British drama serial Collateral.[1]
