Rafe Shahverdian

Rafe Shahverdian was an Imperial weather officer stationed on the planet Bakura. Shahverdian was a friend of Denno Yanglan's, and the pair defected from the Empire along with Mayr Stillman after the Battle of Bakura.[1]
