RIB hutt

RIB hutt was a dining establishment on Coruscant owned by an unknown Hutt during the times of the Galactic Republic known for being the self-proclaimed "Home of the Rancor ribs."

History

A young Darth Maul crashed into the restaurant after stealing a skimboard and slammed himself into the Hutt owner. After recovering, he managed to steal a lightsaber from a Jedi patron and used it to slow his descent after jumping off the side of the building.

Behind the scenes

The name of the restaurant is likely a reference to the real-world Pizza Hut restaurant chain.

Most of the waitresses were Twi'leks, one of whom wore an outfit resembling Leia Organa's slave outfit.
