Quovel'cha was a city on the planet Li'eta. The city had many pumps and syphons installed everywhere to drain floodwaters. It also hosted underground colonies.[1]
During the first year of the Clone Wars, the city was bombed, destroying one sector of the city. Many Separatist sympathizers, assets, and dead drops were located in the city. During the Imperial Era Quovel'cha was occupied by the Galactic Empire. The Empire built a new school in the city, displaying an abundance of propaganda holos.[1]

Quovel'cha appeared in the 2025 novel Reign of the Empire: The Mask of Fear, written by Alexander Freed as the first installment of the Star Wars: Reign of the Empire trilogy.[1]
