Quetemoor the Elder was a female Mugaari who was one of the co-leaders of a Mugaari criminal family that operated on the planet Coruscant. Quetemoor shared power with her younger brother Quetemoor the Sub-Elder and her relatives Quetemoor the Venerable and Quetemoor the Younger.^[1]
