Stinky Qal was crooked contractor who was a friend of[1] Cularin Syndicate[3] assassin Anglang Lehet. Qal drowned decades before[1] 34 ABY.[2] While visiting the city of Canto Bight on the planet Cantonica that year, Lehet remembered his old friend while wondering how many people had died constructing Canto Bight's artificial ocean.[1]
