The Empire of the Hand stormtrooper Puriv belonged to a family. Puriv was a member of the Stromma species and was part of a contingent of Stromma stormtroopers within the Empire.[1] In 8 ABY,[2] he left the Imperial I-class Star Destroyer Admonitor under Stromma Council Liaison Nyama's directive to uphold his family's honor. Shortly after, stormtrooper Lhagva, who did not depart, explained Puriv's departure to Imperial Line Lieutenant Dramos Sanjin.[1]

Behind the scenes

The family was mentioned in Timothy Zahn's 2011 novella Crisis of Faith, published in the 20th Anniversary Edition of his 1991 novel Heir to the Empire.[1]
