Pulassas Minor was a terrestrial celestial body[2] located in the Pulassas Minor system, a part of the Outer Rim Territories' Koradin sector.[1] At some point prior to the Battle of Yavin, a Galactic Empire TIE fighter squadron was ordered to bombard civilian targets on Pulassas Minor. Horrified by the order, the squadron's pilot Nozzo Naytaan deserted from the Imperial Military, going on to join the Empire's enemy in the Galactic Civil War, the Rebel Alliance.[2]
Behind the scenes
Pulassas Minor was mentioned in the 2012 reference book The Essential Guide to Warfare, written by Jason Fry and Paul R. Urquhart.[2] The StarWars.com Online Companion to the 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas placed the Pulassas Minor system, and therefore the celestial body itself, in grid square J-18.[1]
